Changes to Calendar System – June 16th, 2024

Department of Mathematics is transitioning to a Microsoft Outlook-based calendar system.

The current calendar site will be retired on June 16th, 2024 and a redirect will be put in place from:
https://calendar.math.oregonstate.edu
...to => https://internal.math.oregonstate.edu/room-reservations

Room calendars and reservations for Kidder rooms 022, 070, and 358 will be managed through Outlook.

Reservations for events after June 16th, 2024 should be created in Outlook, as the current calendaring site will be shuttered.

Room calendars will continue to be curated by Math office staff and Mathweb.
